This policy governs the return of high-value designer goods. Due to the nature of luxury e-commerce, we maintain rigorous standards for returns to ensure the integrity of our collection.

14-Day Luxury Return Window

We offer a strict 14-day return policy starting from the day your parcel is delivered. Return requests made after this window will be automatically declined.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all designer tags and security loops intact.
  • Packaging: Returned in the original designer packaging (shoe boxes, dust bags, etc.).
  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (with hygiene seal removed), and earrings cannot be returned.

Return Fees & Deductions

Restocking Fee $20.00 Covers luxury inspection and re-authentication.
Return to Sender $50.00 Applied for refused packages or incorrect addresses.
Wrong Warehouse Fee 20% of Value Applied if sent to an unauthorized warehouse location.

Shipping Your Return

  • Carrier Requirements: You must use DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Returns sent via standard postal services (e.g., USPS) will be rejected.
  • Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damages: Damages must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
