Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the logistics, timelines, and customer responsibilities for all orders placed through our luxury boutique. We partner with elite global carriers—DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS—to ensure your high-value items are handled with the highest level of security and speed.

 Shipping Origins & Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and regional holidays).
  • Fulfillment: Our collection is curated from premium luxury warehouses in Italy, Germany, Sweden, and the USA.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel at no additional cost.

 International Duties, Taxes & US Surcharges

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For our U.S. customers, please be aware of the following:

  • U.S. Import Fees: In accordance with current trade regulations, orders may be subject to a Disbursement Fee (~$5.00), a Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) (~$3.00), and a U.S. Tariff/Surcharge (approx. 10–15% of declared value).
  • Payment Responsibility: These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and the courier. They are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier to release the package.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the item is returned to the warehouse, a $50.00 return-processing fee will be deducted from the final refund.
