    Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged, and all tags, accessories and attachments must be returned with the item.
    Return Reason: We accept returns due to product quality issues or not as described. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Unreturnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged items;
Discounted items or items on promotion (unless the item is defective);
Digital products or customized items (such as personalized products);
Orders received more than 30 days ago.

    Return Address: Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please ensure that the item is returned with the original packaging and a return authorization form.
    Return Shipping: Unless the item is returned due to quality issues or shipping errors, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable logistics service to prevent the package from being lost.
  2. Refund Policy
    We will refund eligible returns after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
    Refunds usually take 5-7 business days, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on your payment method.
    Refunds do not include original delivery costs unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Exchange Policy
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the item, please complete the return process first and then place a new order for the required items.
  4. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your item is damaged or missing accessories during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photo or video evidence. We will arrange a return or re-shipment for you and bear the return shipping costs.
